Your website feels outdated. Time to fix that.

We redesign outdated business websites by improving the visual direction, UX, structure, and clarity of the offer, without throwing away everything that still works. The result is a site that looks current and performs with more confidence.

An Outdated Website Is Costing You Business

An Outdated Website Is Costing You Business

Most companies don't lose clients because of a bad product. They lose them in the first 5 seconds — because the website looks unreliable. An outdated design signals one thing to a visitor: this company hasn't invested in itself. That's enough reason to close the tab and go to a competitor.

  • Looks visually dated compared to industry competitors
  • Doesn't work properly on mobile devices
  • Navigation is confusing or structurally outdated
  • The brand has evolved, but the website hasn't followed
  • Conversion rates are low despite adequate traffic
  • You're embarrassed to share the URL in a pitch or proposal

Visual Redesign

Full update of the visual layer — typography, colour system, layout grid, component style, and imagery direction. Aligned with your current brand identity or developed as part of the project.

  • Typography, colour system, layout grid, component style
  • Aligned with existing brand or developed from scratch
  • Consistent visual language across all pages

UX & Structure Audit

We analyse the existing site's navigation, page hierarchy, and user flow. Where the structure is broken or illogical, we rebuild it. Where it works, we keep it.

  • Navigation and page hierarchy review
  • User flow and conversion path analysis
  • Structural rebuild where needed, preservation where it works

Mobile & Responsive Adaptation

Every page is designed to work correctly across all screen sizes. Mobile is treated as a primary surface, not an afterthought.

  • All pages designed and tested mobile-first
  • Correct rendering across all screen sizes and browsers
  • Touch interactions and performance optimisation

Content Restructuring

We reorganise existing content for clarity and conversion — rewriting section hierarchy, CTAs, and page logic where needed. Copywriting is available as an add-on.

  • Section hierarchy and page logic restructuring
  • CTA placement and conversion flow optimisation
  • Optional copywriting and messaging update

Design System & Developer Handoff

You receive a documented set of reusable UI components — buttons, forms, cards, headers — so future updates stay consistent. Final deliverables are organised Figma files with component specs and technical annotations.

  • Reusable UI component library with documented specs
  • Organised Figma file — all screens, all breakpoints
  • Developer annotations for clean implementation handoff

WHO IT'S FOR

Who Needs a Redesign

Established Companies

The business has grown, the offer has matured — but the website still looks like it was built at launch five years ago. The brand deserves a site that reflects where the company is today.

Companies Rebranding

A new logo, new market positioning, or a shift upmarket requires a website that matches. A surface-level update won't hold — the structure and visual system need to be rebuilt.

B2B Companies

When prospects evaluate vendors, the website is reviewed before any call happens. If it doesn't convey credibility and professionalism, the deal is lost silently.

Investment & Pre-Partnership Prep

Investor decks get scrutinised — so does the website. A redesign ahead of a fundraise or partnership discussion is a direct commercial investment.

PROCESS

The Redesign Process

1

Discovery & Audit

We review your existing site: visual state, structure, mobile performance, and competitive positioning. You share your goals, target audience, and any brand materials you have.

2

Proposal & Scope Confirmation

We present a clear project scope — what will be redesigned, what will be preserved, timeline, and fixed price. No open-ended billing.

3

Concept Design

We develop the visual direction for the new site — starting with key pages. You review and provide feedback. Two revision rounds included.

4

Full Design Execution

All pages are designed based on the approved concept. Components are built into a consistent system. Mobile versions are produced for every page.

5

Handoff

You receive an organised Figma file with all screens, components, and specs. Ready for your development team or ours.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between a redesign and a new website?
A redesign starts from your existing site — its content, structure, and purpose are understood and used as the foundation. We improve and modernise rather than starting blank. This results in faster delivery, lower cost, and reduced risk of losing what already works.
Do you also implement the design, or only deliver Figma files?
By default we deliver design files ready for your development team. Front-end and CMS implementation is available as a separate scope — discuss this during the initial consultation.
What if we don't have a brand identity or style guide?
We can develop visual direction as part of the redesign — colour palette, typography, and core visual language. This is scoped separately and confirmed before the project begins.
How many pages are included?
Scope is defined per project. A standard corporate redesign typically covers 8 to 20 pages. Larger sites are handled with a phased approach.
What do you need from us to start?
Access to the existing site, any brand materials you have (logo files, brand guidelines if they exist), and a brief describing your goals and the problems you want to solve. We handle the rest.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the number of pages, structural complexity, and whether copywriting or implementation is included. We provide a fixed-price quote after the initial audit. Submit a request and we'll respond within one business day.

We build full-cycle digital solutions for business: websites, web applications, AI tools, ad campaigns, and technical support that help companies grow without unnecessary complexity and wasted effort.

We care about the full customer journey, not just the launch. That means looking at the whole path: from the first ad click or search visit to the enquiry, sale, and long-term site performance.

  • Web: corporate websites, e-commerce, landing pages, and custom web applications
  • Growth: Google Ads, funnels, tracking, lead generation, and ongoing optimisation
  • AI: automation, chatbots, integrations, and process improvement

Your website should support trust, not weaken it

Send us your current site and we will review what is actually holding it back, what is worth keeping, and what the next sensible step should be.
